Terms

    Terms

The terms of a monthly membership for a service that is not medical care — written to be read, not to be got past.

    1Who these are between

These terms are between the person arranging and paying for a membership and ANGKOR QUANTUM FENG SHUI & HEALING, trading as The Grand Years, registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia under Registration No. 5000470967. They apply from the moment a membership is agreed in writing, an invoice is paid, or work begins with your agreement — whichever happens first.

    2Who may arrange one

You must be eighteen or over and able to enter a binding agreement. Where you arrange a membership for a parent, you confirm that you have her agreement, or — where she can no longer give it — that you have the authority to decide for her and have said so on the consent form.

3What this is, and what it is not

(The medical boundary, verbatim as it appears beneath every page.)

The Grand Years is a complementary, remote biofield wellbeing programme. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any medical or mental health condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, medication, therapy, rehabilitation or emergency care. References to renewal, to organs, systems and cells, and to vibration, consciousness or manifestation describe the intentions of the programme or belief-based interpretations — not verified medical or scientific outcomes. Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is promised. Always continue licensed healthcare, never adjust medication without the prescriber’s approval, and seek urgent care when it is needed.

It is also not counselling, not companionship, not nursing, not care, and not a legal, financial or professional advisory service of any kind.

    4What a membership is

A claim on some of one practitioner’s hours each week, delivered remotely, wherever she lives. Two memberships exist and they differ in how many hours she receives. Nothing is delivered to a house, nobody attends, and she and Jonathan do not speak.

5Her agreement, and her right to stop

Nothing begins before she has been told and is content. If she says no, that is the end of it and no fee is due. She may stop at any time, without a reason and without going through you, and it stops that day.

    6No promised outcome

No physical, mental, emotional or other outcome is promised or guaranteed, and no promise is made that anything will happen within any period of time. Accounts published on this site describe individual experience only. They are not predictions and they are not evidence that the same will occur for anyone else.

    7Your responsibilities

Give accurate information and tell us anything reasonably relevant to doing the work safely. Keep your contact details current. Continue her medical care. Seek professional help where it is needed, and do not use this work as a reason to delay it.

    8Medication, and emergencies

Keep every medical appointment, and every medication exactly as prescribed, unless her doctor says otherwise. This work sits alongside her care and never in place of it. The practice is not an emergency service. In an emergency call the local emergency number or go to a hospital; do not wait for a reply. The safety page carries the full guidance and forms part of these terms.

    9The fee

There is no public price list. The fee follows the case and is set out in writing before anything is agreed.

    10Payment

By invoice or payment link, through a third-party provider under its own terms. This site processes no payments and holds no card details. A month is treated as paid when the practice has confirmed it with the provider.

    11It runs monthly

Paid by the month, with no fixed term and no automatic renewal of any commitment beyond the month invoiced. Any month can be the last.

    12Ending it

One line in an email ends it at the close of the paid month. Jonathan may decline or end a membership where he judges he cannot genuinely help, where information proves materially wrong, where payment goes unmade and unanswered, or where conduct towards him or his team is abusive. The cancellation page carries the detail and forms part of these terms.

    13Refunds

Where a membership ends part-way through a month that has been paid for, the unused part of that month is returned, and the count begins on the day of her last session rather than the day you wrote. The cancellation page sets it out with an example and forms part of these terms. Work already delivered is not returned. Nothing here removes a right you hold under consumer law that cannot lawfully be set aside.

    14Confidentiality

It runs both ways and it survives the ending of a membership. Nothing she confides reaches the person paying; nothing the payer writes reaches her.

15The record, and what belongs to whom

The session record and the weekly notes are written for you and are yours to keep. The methods, the written materials and the contents of this site remain the practice’s, for your own use and not for republication, resale or the training of any model.

    16Accounts and publicity

Nothing you or she writes is published without separate written permission. Agreeing to a membership grants no such permission.

    17This website

The site is offered as it is. It may be unavailable at times, and it relies on services run by others. Nothing on it is advice about any particular person.

    18Limits of responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, the practice is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, for loss arising from information that was inaccurate or incomplete when given, or for the failure of a third-party service. Where something goes wrong with the work itself, the remedy is to do it again or to return the fee for the affected part.

    19Events outside reasonable control

Where illness, bereavement, a failure of communications or another event genuinely outside reasonable control prevents work being delivered, the affected sessions are rearranged or the month adjusted. Nobody loses what they paid for because of it.

    20Complaints

Write, with enough detail to look into it properly. It will be answered by Jonathan himself.

    21Governing law

These terms, and any non-contractual claim connected with them, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us is to be resolved by confidential binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre under its rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Phnom Penh and conducted in English; the courts of Siem Reap have non-exclusive jurisdiction for enforcement, interim relief and collection. Before either of us starts anything formal, written notice of the dispute is given and thirty days allowed for it to be resolved properly. Nothing here removes the protection of a mandatory consumer law in the country where you live.

    22Communications and records

Letters, emails and written confirmations are the record of an arrangement, and both sides may rely on them.

    23Changes

These terms may change as the practice changes. A material change affecting an existing membership is told to that family rather than left to be discovered. The version and date at the foot of this page are the ones that apply.
