Paying for a membership
The figure comes first
There is no price list, and no figure appears anywhere on this site. The fee follows the case — what she needs, what you are hoping for, how much work it will take, and which of the two memberships fits. Jonathan sets it out in his reply, in writing, before anything is agreed and before any money moves.
It does not move with demand, and it is not negotiated upward once work has begun.
What a payment request contains
An invoice or payment request carries your name, the month it covers, a plain description of the membership, the amount, the currency, and a reference. It carries nothing about her health. Nothing on an invoice would tell a stranger anything about your mother.
How a month is paid
By invoice, or by a payment link sent with it. Payment is made through ABA PayWay, under its own terms and its own security checks.
This site takes no payments and holds no card details. Payments here are recorded, not processed. No card number, bank login or wallet credential is ever received or stored by the practice. There is no checkout on this website, and there never will be.
A month is treated as paid when the practice has confirmed it with the payment provider. A screenshot, a browser message or a pending authorisation is not confirmation — and nobody will be chased in the meantime for a payment that has simply not cleared yet.
Month by month
Each month is invoiced as it comes. There is no standing subscription, no automatic renewal, no stored card charged in the background, and nothing that continues because it was easier not to cancel.
If something on an invoice is wrong
One line by email to [email protected]. It is sorted without ceremony and without argument.
If a payment is late
Work already arranged for that month continues. Nobody’s mother has her sessions stopped because an invoice was overlooked. If a month goes unpaid and unanswered, Jonathan writes to you himself before anything pauses.
