    The medical boundary

The Grand Years is a complementary, remote biofield wellbeing programme. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any medical or mental health condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, medication, therapy, rehabilitation or emergency care. References to renewal, to organs, systems and cells, and to vibration, consciousness or manifestation describe the intentions of the programme or belief-based interpretations — not verified medical or scientific outcomes. Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is promised. Always continue licensed healthcare, never adjust medication without the prescriber’s approval, and seek urgent care when it is needed.

    The triage table

This programme is complementary. It does not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and it must never delay proper care.

Emergency — nowFace drooping, sudden weakness on one side, difficulty speaking, chest pain, severe breathlessness, fainting, a seizure, major bleeding, or any thought of self-harm.
Urgent — same daySudden confusion, a serious fall or head injury, inability to pass urine, blood in the urine, painful urination with fever, sudden loss of hearing or vision, or symptoms worsening quickly.
Prompt appointmentNew memory problems affecting daily function, repeated falls, persistent low mood, unexplained weight loss, worsening pain, increasing weakness, new incontinence, or signs of sleep apnoea.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to a hospital. Do not contact the practitioner — he is not an emergency service and contacting him would only lose time.

    Medication

Keep every medical appointment, and every medication exactly as prescribed unless the doctor says otherwise. This programme sits alongside their care and never in place of it.

Ask for their medication to be reviewed every few weeks through the four months, and tell the doctor if they are feeling different. As energy, sleep and general function improve, the requirement for some medications — blood pressure and blood sugar especially — can change. That is a good sign rather than a problem, but only the prescriber should ever act on it.
