Describe what has changed in her, and what you would like to be different. If this is not the right work for her, you will be told so plainly, and quickly.
Writing
Write to [email protected]. Letters may come in English or in Chinese; written Chinese Jonathan reads and answers himself.
Jonathan reads every letter and answers within a day. Not a template, not an assistant — the man who would be doing the work.
Talking
If you would rather talk it through than write it down, say so in your letter and a call is arranged. The first conversation is with his team, so that the practical ground is covered before his time is used; Jonathan joins from the second. Where a family is more comfortable in Chinese, a Chinese-speaking member of his team joins the call with him beside them.
Hours
The practice keeps to 10:00 until 21:00, Indochina Time. A letter written outside those hours is read at the start of the next working day, not left for a week.
Where
There is nowhere to attend. The work is done at a distance, wherever in the world he happens to be and wherever she lives. Nobody visits the house and there is no clinic to sit in.
A note on messages
Please do not send passwords, card details, bank credentials or identity documents by message or email. Nothing about this work ever requires them, and no message from this practice will ever ask for them.
